I've been coming to this clinic for some years now and Wednesday wasn't pleasant at all. I had an issue with a bill I knew nothing about . So I was told I couldn’t be seen until I spoke with Christina in billing first. Now mind you my insurance told me that I shouldn’t be paying anything at my doctor appointments so that was very confusing. So I called Miss.Christina and she advised me on what to do, and I did just that and I was told that person wasn’t in the office and brushed off like my health wasn’t valid. So I called Miss. I go and see PA Chris.I had to stop smoking and he hooked me up.Its been 5 months since I had a cig.dont have cravings for it and vaping either.so if u wanna stop smoking go to PA Chris.I wouldn't switch doctors.ge is one of the best.
The physicians are wonderful. I have zero complaints about the physicians. But the office staff?! I understand healthcare is hard - especially in this state. However, I can hardly ever get anyone on the phone. When I decide to leave a message, it takes so long for them to call back that I forgot why I even called. Save for one or two people, that entire office staff has attitude like no tomorrow. And I don't consider myself a difficult person, so it always takes me aback when I am met with such hostility and annoyance as though whatever is bothering them is my fault.
