I’ve noticed a huge improvement at this urgent care. The front desk receptionist is friendly, professional, and welcoming, and the providers have been great as well. The staff works hard to take care of everyone, and it really shows. The only downside is the wait time, which can be two hours or more because there are usually only two providers working. Adding two more providers would make a big difference by reducing the wait and allowing patients to be seen much faster.
Overall, this is an excellent location with caring staff and a much better staff environment experience than before. Keep up the great work!
I will always recommend this UC to everyone I know. The admins, the providers, and the facility is always amazing. Sometimes I have issues getting my ssrni on time. I have tricare and wether it’s because the on base pharmacy is closed, or another issue, they have always helped me out. They’re amazing
