Aaron and Ronnie arrived 30 minutes after my call, 8:30pm on a Saturday night with a dead well and no water. Diagnosed the problem, found a solution, and fixed everything in half an hour, including diagnosing other important fixes I'll bring them back for. Friendly, flexible and smart - and tonight my children can drink, and take showers. Great work, thanks so much!
Excellent service experience with Deane Electric & Air Conditioning today! Called at 11:30 AM and their associate, Ronnie arrived at 1:45 PM. Ronnie was courteous, highly-professional and expeditiously corrected the issue with our AC system! I highly recommend this business!! Thanks!!
We’ve had a challenging experience with this company in the past—every summer since they installed our new HVAC unit three years ago, we've had ongoing issues that were never fully resolved. However, I’m happy to say that today’s experience was a complete turnaround, thanks to Ronnie.
