I requested electrical for my AC that did not have power to the inside unit. i have solar panels that has worked with power outages (to include 6 /6/26 a.m.) My AC Contractor checked all fuses and they were working. I called you because you were open on Saturday. At 1 pm. the power came back on and so did my AC. The repairman arrived at the same time and cancelled my work request. The fact that you were open for business on Saturday and able to schedule me was a Godsend! Thanks for being here. The repairman did not provide a bill for coming out, but the store quoted me a rate of $115 for a service call.
Couldn’t delete the last review that was inaccurate, I’m giving 5 stars for their service, the replied quickly to my needs, finished the job in a timely manner, was very knowledgeable when explaining the issues, fair pricing and services came to its a warranty. Will use them again and highly recommend me.
Wow! I just had John Fox and Rick come out to fix an outdoor plug for my swimming pool that had gotten fried. They were 2 of the kindest people I have ever met! Both took the time to explain everything to me and show me why the plugs weren't working anymore. They were finished quickly at a fair price, and I absolutely would call them again! Katie Boone
