“During the freeze my well pipes burst. I had no water in the house and all the plumbers were busy, plus many won’t do wells or outside city limits. I called Monday,and they set an appointment for Friday, but they didn’t make it because their previous appointment at an apartment complex ran the whole day. To make up, they sent one of their guys, James, after hours to fix it. He arrived 6:30, assessed the work needed, then drove back to Killeen to get the extra parts needed for a well. He finished at midnight, even though I’d told him several times to go home and finish it the next day. I’ve never had a plumbing service go above and beyond like this.“
“Very professional, courteous, and did a great job. I called in to have a sectional couch I had just purchased deep cleaned and they were able to get out to my residence and do the job the same day. The price was a bit higher than others had quoted me, but after seeing the finished product, it was worth every penny. You get what you pay for and I'm glad I chose to go with Chem-dry.
