We recently used this funeral home for my grandfather’s service. Deborah was kind, helpful, and always quick to return calls when we had questions. Since many of the arrangements had not been planned in advance (the service), we had a lot of details to work through, with military etc and she was patient throughout the process.
She also did a beautiful job arranging the flowers that were delivered for the service, and everything looked very nice. We appreciate her responsiveness and assistance during a difficult time for our family.
I cannot say enough about how great my family’s experience was with the passing of my family member. Bobby was our funeral liason and he was so empathetic, nurturing, understanding and supporting during the whole process of laying my beloved to rest. Even when we were being showed our different options especially financially he explained everything in detail. My family wanted to dress our family member and were given the opportunity to dress and prep and add personal items on her person. It was a cathartic and beautiful experience, and Bobby was so supportive from the time we began at the funeral home to the time we made it to the cemetery and laid her to rest....read full review
Updated review. Mandi took care of every concern we had and made us feel cared for. My father’s ceremony was beautiful. Somehow the police escort passed by in front of the house as id my pops asked them to take a detour so he could see it one last time. Everything ended up working out perfectly! Thank you
