I was having problems with my gaming PC when it came to online gaming (laggy & stuttering) , my internet was not the problem. I booked my appointment with Shawn and he was able to get me in the next day. Shawn took a look at my PC and within 10 minutes he already had an idea what the issue could be and recommended a THERMAL LIQUID COOL and CLEAN LOAD. Called me the next morning with updates and let me know my pc would be done that afternoon! When I got there he explained everything step by step, pretty much letting me know my PC overheated at one point and it kept running like that, also one of my Hard Drives was slowing down my gaming experience so he replaced it with...read full review
