I started coming here at the beginning of April and have now completed all of my appointments. If you’re looking for a chiropractor, I highly recommend this office! Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and informative. From Ms. Isela and Ms. Jackie to the chiropractors, Ms. Pagonis and Mr. Gates, every member of the team made my experience a positive one.
They always made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about my progress. Their scheduling was flexible and they were very accommodating whenever I needed to reschedule. OMG, they are amazing! From the moment you walk in, everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their customer service is outstanding, and they start exactly at your scheduled appointment time—no long waits at all. 10/10, highly recommend!

I originally scheduled my appointment for 4:15, then realized I had double-booked myself. I texted in to reschedule for 5:15 — only to show up and realize I booked it at the wrong location!
The front receptionist, Madi, went above and beyond to help me out. She called the other location, got everything sorted, and even rescheduled me for the same day and time. She was so kind, patient, and understanding through the whole thing!
And Dr. Kelly — OMG, she’s amazing! Sweet, funny, and so informative. She explained everything clearly, made me feel super comfortable, and honestly popped me right back into my happy place.
