All I can is WOW! This company and Mr. Underwood is incredible. My 89 year old mother has several A/C window units that have not been cooling adequately for years. So, I recently purchased two new window A/C units and called Underwood Heating and A/C to come out and replace the units to which they graciously booked us right away. Unfortunately, when they arrived we realized that the units were not the right size for the windows and extensive framing would be needed in order to accommodate the units. I don't know why my name is not on here, I am not Donn Bauer. I am Nancy S. Our A/C was not working. We had an appointment but Lee called and said "let's try this to see if this is the problem"... It worked. How nice of him to help us this way!! We have used Lee for several years and are always very happy with his service!!!
