We called another company because our AC condensate was running out on the floor. The repairman came out three times, finally saying we needed a new coil and outside unit at considerable cost. We called C and F. They came promptly, and in less than one hour determined we needed coolant. They serviced the unit. It’s working great! When we do need new equipment, we will call C and J. AC stopped blowing cold air Tuesday, called a 5 star company who couldn’t get to us til Wednesday afternoon. While suffering Wednesday early afternoon I realized the company I called wasn’t even here in Kerrville & called another company. That was Kerr County AC/Heating who was booked til Friday BUT recommended C & F Company. When I called the techs were in Comfort & would be called to see if this day was even a possibility. Jason called right back & was here w/in 30 mins from me making the initial call! They are the BEST in punctuality, service, honesty, communication, personality & HUMOR!!! What a Blessing to have found them.

Came by for a system check up. Efficient and provided service and education. My inside system is 23 y.o and there was no upsell or negative remarks regarding my current system. Will continue to use them.
