Absolutely professional and patient service. We had to replace the entire HVAC system in our house right before a holiday weekend. The entire team that interacted with us was so kind to my mom and to the rest of us coming and going throughout the process. Special shout out to David and Gavin and every individual who came to help us. We've been customers for years (professional and residential) and rarely feel as comfortable and understood with service companies as we do with Bosworth. Thank you all.
Back in August 2024, after trying to replace parts, on my own, and expense. I gave up and called Bosworth Kerrville. I already knew of their success reputation and was not disappointed.
My home is a 1990 Model Palm Harbor double wide, with original HVAC.
They graciously allowed me to finance, in store, with a large downpayment, and 3-mnths to pay the balance.
The crew was very professional and hauled off the old stuff.
They offered to replace the refrigeration tubing, but I opted to leave the existing, after they tested.
My electric bill dropped and I am very satisfied with the MR. COOL Air Handler, and RHEEM Condenser.
