I've called other companies and they...."fell short" to put it nicely. Hardin came out that day, fixed it, it's still fixed even after the freezing we had. I will continue to use Hardin.

Called due to a leaky (old) water heater. Pan was poorly installed to it leaked on the carpet. Hardin's two men, came wi th in half an hour and got right to work. Took a few hours with two trips to the shop, but it's all in and we are happy. Very polite gentlemen, very professional.

The serviceman came out today after I called another comapny who was not able to come out same same day. The repairman thoroughly explained the repairs to me so I could understand and charged me a fair price. The office staff could use more training as the squeaky voiced woman who answered the phone has no knowledge about plumbing and was very shrewd. I will call them again for my plumbing needs.Service: Drain unblocking
