I reached out to Raeanna about a month ago after a terrible salon experience elsewhere last November. The prior salon was supposed to do a balayage retouch but instead did way too heavy highlights with severe back combing. The back combing knotted my hair severely and when they went to comb it out they brushed it with a metal brush causing breakage and damage.
