Heather Armstrong is so sweet and caring. Takes time to make sure you get the best care. Keeps you updated on any testing. And calls and checks up to see how you are feeling. Goes above and beyond any provider has ever done. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
My experience with Peterson Medical Associates has been great. My doctor, Dr. Stevener, is very accessible, either by phone or through the Internet health portal. It's a pretty good system. Very professional and knowledgeable doc. PMA responds to health portal communications. The nurses read all of it and take action on it when needed. They're very informative and helpful. The phone lines are always easy to get through to, and I always have my phone call answered within a minute or two. Refill requests are excellent and prompt. It's really hard to imagine having better primary care. Clean exam rooms. Everything.
I have been seeing Dr.Wiggins for close to 8 years now and thank heavens i discovered him before my diabetes killed me! I thank that Dr. Wiggins should be praised for the work that he does !
