This past year Dr. Franklin has been working on my varicose veins, he has been very caring, very professional felt very comfortable, he explained everything to me and I never felt rushed. Friendly staff. Excellent service. Great results.

The Steph is very friendly and very patient with the clients coming in that are sick and grumpy. That means a lot when you are not feeling well for somebody to be considerate. Dr Alvey is awesome she really listens to what you have to say and is very concerned about your issues. I really like her and I have decided to make her my primary MD.

Above and beyond care for my situation. I live locally but work internationally and do not have a primary care doctor except while on contract. I walked into the urgent care for an initial work physical and was seen to promptly. However, I had a follow-up issue with one of my tests and needed to a complete several days of readings to submit with my physical. I was directed to the Franklin Clinic side of the operation.There was some initial confusion about my status as a new patient or as a walk-in, but the front desk employees and the medical staff were all very helpful and understanding of helping me complete my blood pressure readings.
