Everyone was super nice and when some of my tile came in damaged, they were willing to wait until the job was done to see if I needed it replaced or refunded. All around great experience !

Had to get this review on YELP so others, who need amazing customer service, excellent product line choices, and soooooo importantly--- for those who want a team they can count on to deliver a quality product and an attention to detail on installation of the product!! From start to finish, Clarlyle delivered!! Jared Bond was here at our home ONSITE to look over our entire situation, to help us make better choices on not only the best product .......but, to discuss with us the best way in which to go about tackling this project. We bought a home (1945) in need of attention. We chose to tackle all the different floorings---old, nasty tile in the kitchen, dining room and in the laundry room.......carpet in the bedrooms.....etc.--- lots of preparation involved and attention to detail---as to how to tackle it all------Clarlyle came in and did it all......removed carpet, banged out the tile floor and prepared it for the installation of our beautiful Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring-----it took patience and lots of skill to flawlessly accomplish this----and we are so very grateful. WOW! Also, each and every day........at the completion of the work day-- everything was neat and tidy, and the debris of the day was picked up and taken away---grrrrreat work ethics for sure! When all the flooring was installed, Mr. Bond returned to our home to look over the entire floor installation...........to ensure everything was perfectly done! If you have flooring needs-----and you want a company you can count on to do everything RIGHT from start to finish.......you should contact the folks at Clarlyle Flooring in Kerrville!! I wish I could have more stars to rate the work and sales people....The price was fair... Pedro and his crew did an excellent job installing the carpet,..... Robert and his crew installed hardwood on the stairs and 2 halls upstairs. THIS CREW ARE TRUE CRAFTSMEN !!! Robert built 2 transition strips that fit perfect and the stain matched perfect also !!! Both Pedro and Robert are the people to do your carpet and hardwood jobs. This a great company !!!
