“DO NOT BOOK‼️ worst butterfly locs I’ve ever seen. I told Mel how unsatisfied I was with the results of her work and I would either like a refund or for her to remove them from my hair. She agreed to remove them from my hair “later tonight”. I reached out to her multiple times and she never replied. $200 wasted on her terrible services and she couldn’t even have the decency to remove the hair like she said she would. It took me hours to remove one butterfly loc because she knotted my hair so badly underneath. Please DO NOT BOOK with this wanna be hairstylist!!!! You will regret it.“
