It was my first visit.The staff were all friendly. The NP that saw me seemed to really care about finding the best way to help me. She patiently listened to my concerns and had a test done to assess if there was an issue to be concerned about.
The providers at Urgentology were great. Very compassionate and understanding. They were able to see me son right away, diagnose the problem, and provide treatment. I highly recommend their practice for urgent needs.
My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was able to park in front of the door due to designated spots for the clinic., even though the parking lot was full.The person at the front desk was friendly, helpful and efficient. The folks in the back were kind and helpful as well. The care provider was knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions. She prescribed what was needed for me and I was on my way. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend this urgent care! Thank you!!
