Avoid this place at all cost. The woman working today clearly had 2 brain cells that are competing for 3rd place. She couldn’t even get my name and phone number correct after 3 tries and then got snarky with me. Even as she watched me gathering my things to go somewhere else it never dawned on her how far off her customer service is. If you can’t even get that part right, I sure don’t trust you with my business

Was not open At posted opening time. Sign on window said discount for new customers but did not give the discount- said I need to talk to the manager. Place Just terrible all around

BEWARE... they hold NO responsibility for damaged clothing. Their posted rules say they do... but their manager states they DO NOT. I have had several clothing items completely ruined since December. I recently dropped off a new sweater (worn once) and it came back covered in lint balls (none of the colors on my sweater) and HOLES all over. It was 100% polyester, I do not have moths, I have plenty of wool/keratin containing items in my closet, and yet this 2 month old sweater comes back covered in holes from the cleaners.
