Cinch Cleaners is amazing; and, always greets me with a smile and helps me right away. Yesterday they even sewed on a button complimentary for me; and, brought it out to me so I could wear may favorite shorts again!

In need of a bag big enough to cover my daughters dress for travel to Florida, and leaving in an hour, I decided to see if maybe by chance a cleaners near by might have a bag I could purchase. I pulled into Cinch Cleaners in Keller and even though i don’t do business with them and I’m from out of state, this amazing woman helped me and covered the dress completely. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time and your kindness, you are truly a blessing.

I was looking for a dry cleaners for a vintage suit and my vintage wedding dress (a 50’s formal not a traditional wedding dress). Someone from my church recommended calling ahead to talk to the manager/owner of Cinch. I talked to the ladies when I dropped my items off and they were nice and helpful and made sure I knew the suit had some issues, which I was aware of. I picked them up and they look great! The dress is more vibrant now and the stains on the suit are a bit lighter. (Was not expecting perfection who knows how long those stains were there.
