During the recent ice storm & freezing temps my daughter was in some trouble and was trying to figure out what was wrong with her washing machine that caused her entire kitchen to flood. My husband reached out to see if Tru-Tex could help. He not only helped, he was able to get there within minutes and found that her pea trap was frozen and not allowing the water to drain from the washing machine properly. She lives in an older home in Kaufman and the washer/dryer connections are right beside the kitchen. We were so happy that there wasn’t anything major wrong and that he was willing to get out in the frigid temps to get her fixed up!

We’ve used Tru-Tex for a few commercial plumbing jobs and Brandyn, the owner, is great. He shows up exactly when he says he is going to and is always on time, so there’s never hours of waiting or last minute cancellations like with other companies. The biggest positive I noticed is he doesn’t recommend expensive testing and try to up-sell like the more commercialized companies. He starts small, actually tracks the problem down, and fixes what needs to be fixed minimally. He takes his time and is conscientious of the customers money rather than immediately jumping to the unnecessary and expensive route. I highly recommend them.
