Lotts Cleaners

Dropped my son's baseball pants off on Monday and was told they would be ready no later than Thursday. I verified with this with the front desk because I told her we would be leaving town Friday morning for a baseball tournament and had to have them back. When I called Thursday, I spoke with the owner and he verified that the pants were not ready, but he would make sure they were ready by 8:30 Friday morning and we could pick them up. He did everything he said he would do and although it was a slight inconvenience for us, when given the opportunity to correct the issue, they went above and beyond.

The staff at this business treats customers like family!!! They know us by name and take care of our clothing like it's their own. All of our clothing is available within 48h no matter what service we request. Lott's is the best cleaning service in the area!!!! You need not go anywhere else.
