“Dropped my son's baseball pants off on Monday and was told they would be ready no later than Thursday. I verified with this with the front desk because I told her we would be leaving town Friday morning for a baseball tournament and had to have them back. When I called Thursday, I spoke with the owner and he verified that the pants were not ready, but he would make sure they were ready by 8:30 Friday morning and we could pick them up. He did everything he said he would do and although it was a slight inconvenience for us, when given the opportunity to correct the issue, they went above and beyond.”
