Clean, friendly, and pretty quick. Came in for an earache, left in about 30 minutes with a diagnosis and treatment plan, that includes all the first-time paperwork. My case was easy, but this went exactly how it should go for an easy case and that isn't always how it goes.
After being brushed off at my regular doctor I went here. Kristie Johnson was very friendly. She listened, ran the test, and gave me the best no nonsense advice I have received in a long time.

I’m not an urgent care fan usually but this place has been great the couple times I’ve gone. They are always friendly and helpful, wait has been not too long and doctors are friendly and seem knowledgeable. The facility is clean and the nurses are kind as well. They also offer you bottled water and coffee!. I will continue using them as it’s more convenient as my primary doctor is in Rockwall.
