This is the only chain hair salon I would recommend. Such a lovey experience having my girls were taken care of perfectly during their cut so mine could be stress free. I’ve had the worst cuts in big chain salons, but this honestly was the best experience.
I went to this location in December and afterwards the stylist who cashed me out told me that I didn't have any haircuts left on the card and threw it away.
When I was going over my receipts for December I noticed that it still had two left so I called up to talk to the manager.
They had that she had something going on so she would call me back on Monday.
Monday came and went and I didn't hear from her. I called today, twice, and for the first time ever no one answered, which made me suspicious.
I finally just called the corporate office and they said to send a copy of the receipt and that they would resend me another one.
Zoe was excellent!! I will most definitely recommend her to anyone needing a haircut. She was very helpful, asking questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied. Will definitely be requesting her on my next trip!
