“My husband and I took our 16 month old son to get his first haircut. Mary, the manager, was our stylist and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE with him. I was nervous about how he would react, but Mary was so kind, gentle, and patient with him. He did so well and I am so proud of him. Half of that is absolutely credited to Mary for the way she helped him remain calm and comfortable. “I called Wednesday for a very last minute appointment for Friday. Nikki was able to fit me on her schedule for 10 AM. She texted me early in the morning saying her daughter was sick so she would have Samantha take care of me. Samantha is so much fun and did such a beautiful job on my hair. The way they communicated and reworked schedules to fit me in and not just cancel all around speaks volumes of what a wonderful place this is. I absolutely recommend and will be back. Thank you!“
