I was traveling and my two year old glasses broke. I can’t see without them. I went to the Walmart Vision Center. Carolina told me they weren’t repairable. I had to have something that day. She looked up my account and found the frames in her shop. She was able to move the lenses to the new pair and I could see again in less than 30 minutes.
We received excellent service from Ana Jiménez at the Walmart Vision Center. From the moment we arrived, Ana was incredibly kind, respectful, and highly professional. She took the time to assist us with great patience and made sure all our questions were answered. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant thanks to her outstanding customer service. We truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her. Everything was excellent.
