Visionworks Plaza at Elyson

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! The young lady at the optical store was amazing, very professional, kind, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Her customer service was outstanding, and her beautiful attitude made the entire experience even better. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Employees like her make all the difference! I highly recommend this optical store, and I sincerely appreciate her excellent service. She deserves all the recognition for the wonderful job she does! 💖

Monet was who helped me and she was so amazing from the minute I walked in. I had been there before but unlike the others she immediately greeted me, helped me look for different frame options, listened to what I needed, never rushed me and helped get me the frames and lenses I needed. Shes amazing! I will be back just for her. She made me feel seen and heard . Thank you.

Ms Lynn and her associate are amazing. They listened and helped their customers get what they needed and didn't try to over sell them on things they didn't need. And they were very attentive to all customers even while they were helping someone else. I really appreciated that.
