I took a picture of what I wanted. I told her that I was trying to grow my hair out and wanted the highlights touched up. Mu length was almost to my shoulder. My highlight was predominantly blonde. I came out with brown hair and strings of highlight which look almost gray and SHORT hair!! The brown and short hair makes me look older. I know hair grows but this is going to be painful and how do I get my color back to majority blonde? On the positive, the stylist was sweet. Left what I wanted right what I got. 😢
