Isaiah and James were amazing! They were able to save my phone after it “died” and I realized I hadn’t backed up to iCloud for 12 years! All of my children’s photos and videos were on there and without their help I would have lost a lot of them forever! Thank you soooo much! Highly recommend!
The uBreakiFix in Kathy on Fry road was terrific. I called a couple of other Cell phone repair places that told me that they did not have the equipment to replace the screen protector on my Flip 5 phone. When I called the uBreakiFix in Katy, I was told that they had the equipment but were out of the screen protectors and that he was going to order more and that I should call back on Tuesday to verify he had received the order. I called and was told they were ready for me. I took my phone in and he did a beautiful job of removing the old screen protector and replacing it with a new one. I highly recommend the uBreakiFix in Katy.
