Robert and Gregory were very professional, and thorough. They allowed us to walk with them through the house while showing us things that needed to be done and wasn’t done right in a NEW HOME. I will most definitely use them again for RE- inspection. If you are hesitant about hiring this company DON’T HESITATE. They also inspected my sisters new home a year ago. The whole process was simple. The report came back to use less than an hour after we paid invoice.
I reached out to Anthony about a mold problem I was having with my apartment building, he was quick to offer his expertise and advice without even asking me about using his services. He spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with me and was beyond helpful. If I wind up needing the inspection no doubt I will go with him and report back!
These guys are master-class inspectors! Same-day reporting, show up on time, respectful of property, high end equipment, and usually assign 2 inspectors to each inspection. They answer all my Buyer's questions no matter how big or small. Been inspecting for me for years and will continue to do so. Great guys! Hire them!
