Unresponsive and Unprofessional – Avoid
I first contacted Speedy Body Shop of Katy on May 19, 2025, to request a quote for both paintless dent repair and traditional body work. After receiving no response, I left a voicemail as a second attempt. The only reply I got was a vague, generic text message that didn’t provide any useful information or next steps. I made a final attempt on May 22, 2025, by visiting the shop in person, and they still didn’t take my contact information or seem interested in helping. They eventually redirected me to a remote paintless dent repair specialist, but without any coordination, follow-up, or confirmation.
No work was ever done because they couldn’t even provide a basic quote. The entire experience showed a lack of professionalism, poor communication, and no regard for customer service.
If this is how they handle potential customers, I wouldn’t trust them with actual repairs. Save yourself time and frustration—look elsewhere.

Took my in-laws Toyota over to have the bumper repaired. They were able to salvage the existing bumper and re-install saving my family substantial money. Turned around quickly as well. Jose was extremely gracious. Kept me looped in on the status. They were recommended by my mechanic. He was right! Thank you Jose!

Paul, Jose and team were brilliant! I was going to drop my car off when the claim opened, but they asked me to wait until the parts were received. This allowed for a swift repair, and since they do not have the overhead of big name shops the cost was much more affordable. Thank you team! It was a pleasure doing business with you.
