My daughter got her hair done at this location by Nora V 2x for a Carmel balayage and it has looked spectacular I recommend her for her amazing and care for our family. Nora even was kind enough to do a free conciliation for my daughter’s first time getting her hair done. And for the second time Nora V came in o her day off to style and color my daughter hair and it looks beautiful. We will be returning for this service again. this salon for their amazing work and services. I recommend them and especially Nora V.

I can’t say enough great things about my hairdresser Yeini! She truly takes her time and always has my best interest at heart. this place was ok. I went to this place bc I had no where else to go but my mistake. I came here for a blowout and then it turned into something else! If you don’t know how to do a blowout ok.. move on don’t try to cover it with another service that I didn’t ask for. I asked the lady 3 times during my service how much this would cost & she didn’t “hear” me. Whatever, I don’t think I will be coming back the service was ok. I have thick hair btw

Both my daughter and I have got haircuts form SH Salon. And we got what we wanted. So now we are regulars there. I also do my root touch up there and no complaints from my side.

I met Yeini about 7 years ago at a different salon. When she moved to SH, I had to follow her. She's the best. Always leaves my hair looking great! And the prices here are reasonable compared to other high end salons.

went in for a bob haircut trim and i specifically told the hairdresser from the beginning that i wanted it long from the front. an hour and 18 mins later she was still not done cutting it. when finally done she left the right side very-short to my like, i had to ask another hairdresser to finish it cause i fear I be left with no hair. then next day I had to go back cause it was still uneven. I think some of these hairdressers are fresh out of school. I understand we all gotta start somewhere but understand that hair takes a long time to grow and a simple apology just won’t do it. and yes i still left a $20 tip and btw very unhappy customer will not be going here again.

The worst experience ever I had at this salon, the employees are very rude and unprofessional. I went yesterday with my daughter to this place to get root touch up for me and hair cut for my daughter. After the stylist put the dye on my hair in less than 5 minutes my scalp started to burn so bad and got worse with time, I never had any issue before with dying my hair and actually I had multiple times hair color at this place but this is the first time I had this issue. The stylist took me to wash my hair while she told my daughter 12 years old to sit on the chair to get hair cut later. During this time my daughter was holding the hand mirror and accidentally fell from her hand and broken, I was on the hair washing area to get the color taken out and during the whole washing time I felt burning to level that I scared if I will have this feeling forever. Then the my stylist started to speak in Spanish with another stylist that her name Nancy telling her what happened then Nancy came and checked my scalp, she said that she don’t see anything wrong then she asked my daughter ( child) to be witness that there is nothing wrong. I went to my sister one hour later and she checked my scalp and she told me that there is multiple red areas. So after finishing with my daughter her cut, we went to pay for the surface, the stylist charged the full prize for coloring even though it was bad and placed less than 5 minutes not only this Nancy ( the second stylist) told me in a rude way we will not dye your hair again and she asked my to pay for the mirror that my daughter broke. I told why she didn’t tell my daughter not to play with mirror when she saw her when I was freaked out at the sink to get the dye out, Nancy said I’m here not a baby sister and you are the mom. End story short, they are unprofessional, rude, they need to improve their communication skills to know how to talk to customers. Also, they need to check their dye and make sure it is good and not cause any problem to people cause I just read another bad review few weeks ago with same issue. I wish if there is less than 0 star to place.
