I have been a customer of this company for a few years now and the service has ALWAYS been excellent. I recently had to have them come out and check my unit to find out why the ac was struggling to go below 75 degrees. Daniel came out same day I called, checked and found the issue. I had to have a new evaporator coil replaced. First I was asked if my unit was still under warranty ( it was not ) then Daniel gave me a price on replacement. They came out the very next day and got me all taken care of and added a new pan and some dampers which would allow me to control the air in individual rooms. My unit works BETTER than before. I called Service Pros A/C & Heating when my AC stopped cooling. They sent technicians to my house and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff was very helpful too. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We love Service Pros but haven't been able to get a hold of anyone there....Have been leaving messages for months and no one calls back. I usually deal with Daniel directly. Have they gone out of business?
