Our experience with Schmidt Funeral Homes at 1344 W. Grand Parkway South, Katy, Texas, was beyond expectations . The place was beautiful , serene and our family are very appreciative of the staff facilitating the process especially Jordyn Rabon , who made everything seamless. Everything went smoothly especially the memorial service celebrating the life of my late husband, Rick Pizarro , conducted by Marty, the officiant.. It was a memorable ceremony. The cremated remains of my late husband, Rick Pizarro was delivered to our home by Marty. We are very thankful that we have chosen this facility.
The Pizarro family were very pleased and expressed our gratitude given to us by Schmidt Funeral Home. It was beyond our expectations. The memorial service for Rick on May 2, 2026 was beautiful and memorable. We expressed our gratitude to Jordyn and the officiant, Marty who made the memorial service great and unforgettable.

Jordyn, our funeral director, was especially amazing. She was kind, patient, and always available when we had questions or needed guidance. Her responsiveness and attention to every detail brought us comfort when we needed it most. She made a painful experience feel a little more manageable through her professionalism and genuine care.
