I would recommend Rover Oaks to everyone. They were great! The staff was incredible. My dog, Sadie, is very shy at first until she gets to know you. I could tell when I picked her up she was well taken care of. They actually sent me pictures of her during the stay. The greatest thing that they did on July 4th, was they were able to make arrangements to accommodate Sadie for 2 extra nights due to the fact I was in San Antonio because I had to put my son in the hospital. They went above and beyond. Thank you Rover Oaks!
Rover Oaks is truly exceptional, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they gave my dog during his stay. Unfortunately, he became sick while boarded, but the way the staff responded showed their dedication and heart. They went above and beyond — taking him to our vet, keeping me informed at every step, and being incredibly attentive to his needs. This meant the world to me.
You can tell how much the dogs love this place. Every time we arrive, they’re happy, tails wagging, excited to see the staff. That kind of joy doesn’t happen unless they’re treated with genuine love and consistency.
