I love the atmosphere! I've trained at the 5:30am and noon classes and I have yet to feel any sense of ego or malice. I feel like everyone there is working to make their training partners better.

This isn’t the closest Jiu-Jitsu place for me, but it’s by far the best. The distance I drive is nothing compared to the joy of seeing my 8-year-old daughter building confidence, self-esteem, and friendships.
Last week she earned her first stripe, and it made a huge difference—not because of the stripe itself, but because of the way her eyes shined with pride in her achievement.

I love this dojo! I have been training, on and off for years due to injury and life. One morning I walked in to a 5:30 class and between Prof Vinny and my training partners, I knew I found a home to train in. Everyone makes you feel welcome, no one makes you feel weak, there are no egos and everyone is there to make each other better. Due to scheduling, I train at the noon class and it is the exact same atmosphere with Prof Spenser leading the class. I'm 44, with the mind of a 24 year old and the body of a 64 year old; so when I tell my training partner lets just flow because my knee is still healing, they respect that and I get to train without worry of re-injuring... read full review
