Great location. Quick turnaround with the repairs on equipment. The staff is amazing! Zack, Ron, Don, and Maria always greet me with a smile no matter what time I’m there. Super clean as well! Shout out to the cleaning crew!
I like the fact they have great customer service and I would asked to manager through this post to call the homeless, hot team of Katy precinct four to help out with the homeless/ mental illness/drug addiction that need help around the facility. Keep up the great work team.
Gym overall it's nice and clean the only thing I really hate and I don't appreciate is everytime I make a training appointment he never shows up so what's the point of offering "free training " if when you sign up for a class the trainer never shows up and I did ask the manager all she said was let me see why he is not there but never actually checked or did anything about it
