Please help these poor elderly people, these reviews are very disturbing. You have a job to help people not hurt them. Think of your parents would you want this done to them. Remember we reap whatever we sow. Get back to basics to love and care for these residents. Our elderly are responsible partly of building this country ( some of them ) . You're not volunteers you get a pay check , but even if you were you should still care for the elderly. Look at the name of this establishment Grace....!!! just as God has have and still do have grace towards us , you need to exemplify that same grace to all your patients. There are good things as well as things that could be improved on at this facility. Aesthetically, the public areas like the lobby, library, visitation rooms, courtyard are beautifully furnished and decorated. It has a pleasant scent unlike other nursing homes that look drab and depressing; and don't smell very good. They have fun therapeutic activities for the patients and I like it that they have Catholic Mass at times and communion once a week. I chose this facility for my father after he had a stroke. I thought the pretty surroundings would brighten up his spirits. I quickly realized though that the semi-private rooms were too small for 2 residents to share. It leaves...read full review
I am shocked and disappointed with the care MY MOM got at this place! My mom is on hospice. I had vacation plans and needed to get away as I am sole caregiver in my home. Seasons Hospice which has been great offered 5 days for mom to go to center. I told them I needed a week so I would have to pay for 4 days. Which all good with that. $824. For 4 days no big deal. Fast forward to unlimited calls to my cell phone at roaming charges on a ship. Mom was hungry, nurse aid from hospice found her laying in wet bed once ask for lady to change bed, she laid sheets on bed. Then two days later my daughter witnessed same exact thing.
