Made appointment online. No wait when I arrived. From the young woman who checked me in to the Young lady who took my vitals and the physician who saw me all was done pleasantly and efficiently.
Everybody was really helpful from the moment we walked in an Ms. Cynthia was on point in understanding what we were dealing with and how to treat it. No more the 30 mins and my baby ended up walking out of there better than she came in.
Next Level is my family's go to place when we need the care they offer. The location is super convenient with tons of parking and a spacious waiting area. The front office people are always super professional and helpful. The digital registration process is so much better that filling out paper forms. And the best part is always the care providers.
