FMS - Urgent Care

I have been coming here for years! I have a regular PCP in my old neighborhood in West Houston, which isn't convenient when I need to be seen quickly. FMS was recommended to me by a family member, and it has been my go-to since. They are always able to get me in; usually same day, which is nearly unheard of. The staff is always so polite and kind when you come in. The nursing staff is personable and professional. I've seen a nurse practitioner there, and I've also been seen by Dr. Nguyen. I really liked him. He was down to earth, approachable, knowledgeable and informative. It's weird to say for a doctor's office, but I like coming here. It's never a bad experience.

Great office! Always can get me in for a visit quickly. Staff is friendly and caring. I've even brought my 82 year old mother in when she was visiting and not feeling well. They really were kind and gentle with her. I've made them my PCP because of their great staff and doctors.

First time visiting today and was really pleased with my experience everyone was very nice and extremely polite. I waited less than 5 minutes in the waiting room despite being 15 minutes early and was seen immediately by the doctor after being moved to the "second waiting room". This type of care should be the norm!
