Hi, had some minor worked on including replacing two outlets and having an EV charger installed. I have to say I was very impressed with my technician Fernando and his willingness to work with me. I also appreciate that there was no dispatch fee so if I didn’t agree to the work, I wouldn’t be out $75 which is what another company was proposing. The electrician didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had and was very patient. I feel better paying a couple dollars more than using a handy man or just some guy that could do it cheaper. Will use them again and hopefully I get Fernando.

I had a concern about my breaker tripping even though it was reset. I contacted Mr. Electric, and was set up for an appointment within the same day. My technician was William. He took the time to review my concerns and inspect not only the breaker, but my complete electrical system. He found some notable concerns, that we were able to address. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy. I felt extremely comfortable working with Willam and Mr. Electric. I have definitely saved them in my phone, and would recommend them to anyone I know without a doubt. They receive my highest marks of recommendations.

The technician was very helpful super kind, and knowledgable. I had a fan installed, it was somewhere around 350 for the total price. Part of the price is the knowledge and expertise. Customer service and the knowledge and expertise was the only reason I was OK with paying that price
