Great customer service. We’ve been renting a Cello for our son for 3 years and have had a wonderful experience since the beginning. Very easy to change size when they grow or need a better quality instrument.

This shop has the best customer service from Jose, he sold me what I needed, strings and rehaired my bow. He was honest and extremely kind. He gave me suggestions on an app to use for tuning my violin called Te Tuner and told me to come back for accessories like a new shoulder pad. He gave me a list of vendors & private lesson teachers & suggested Katy Music Studio. After 20 years of not playing the violin he gave me reassurance that my violin was ready to put into practice again! Highly recommend this shop, everything was organized and clean. I received a phone call to pick up my bow the day they originally gave me. Feeling very happy!
