Mrs. Kristin at Lifetime Concierge is incredible. She helped my guests check in with zero stress and handled everything quickly and professionally. She was super helpful the entire time and did it all with a genuinely happy, positive attitude. You can tell she loves her job and cares about making people feel welcomed.

Everyone has been phenomenal and the facility is super spacious. In particular, huge S/O my personal trainer Achly Cass. He’s the top reason I look forward to going to lifetime. Him and the eucalyptus stream room 🙌🏼

Simply disappointing in so many ways. As a runner and cyclist having a club nearby with a close park to run was great. Run Club was a benefit, that is, until cancelled. A former Area Run Manager in SA decided to play politics with the Run Leads. In the end, he was gone. So, too, was the run club. The FB page has a ton of advertisements. The admins own and run another club. How is that for being professional, taking care of business?

I have been coming to this location for about 7 months. I overall like this place. I have met wonderful people but the management team can definitely do better. The Women sign is still missing the M and it’s been months. The restrooms are clean in the morning but if you workout at night the upstairs woman’s bathroom has toilet paper and paper towels laying on the floor. And machines take a long time to get fixed. I am glad the sauna got revamped and now everyone needs to remove their shoes before entering. I can say I have always been greeted when walking in and everyone has been very friendly.
