I’ve been doing my laser hair removal sessions at Kumi Laser Hair Removal & MedSpa, and my experience has been excellent. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Tanya has been doing my laser treatments, and she’s amazing! She makes every session comfortable, explains everything clearly, and pays great attention to detail. I did laser even after 8 sessions not much progress. They new management now. Earlier session use be good. Now they are rushing it out not at all doing good. Not worthy. Technicians are worst. All previous ones left.

Very quality service from all ladies at front and Priscilla is always super lovely and thorough for my laser appointments. They always have great notes, know when my next session needs to be, and seem to be on top of everything.

Love this place, Alissa was wonderful and explained everything so well to me, Went for counseltation appoitment and they accommodated me to get my treatment at the same day, I am very happy I found this place and the staff is amazing, im referring everybody here they get all my 5 stars and some

For the record, their Groupon deal that includes Brazilian isn’t an actual Brazilian and you won’t find out till it’s too late. they will ask for more money to get a real Brazilian

I’ve done 10 sessions here and everything about this place is phenomenal. From the moment I walked in I was offered champagne and they made it feel like a luxury experience (which it is). Kaylyn my laser tech is fantastic. She put me on just the right machine and setting for the best results. I recommend this place to all my friends. On top of exceeding my expectations, they also have really good pricing and promotions. Come check it out!!
