This place is the worst, my pet just died today, they never offered any kind of help. I didn't know how to navigate this situation, all they care about is money just like every other place. Fuck this place, yall can go fuck yourselves. He died in an unpleasant way and I needed help. Fuck you all. I went here twice and will never come back or refer anyone

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for Dr. Cleavinger and her staff at Katy Veterinary Clinic on Hwy 90 in Katy...worthy of long review! As a retired medical professional, living in Katy over 33 years, I've been so disappointed in the quality of vet care in the Katy area. I'm not talking about friendliness. I'm talking about the ability to go the extra mile when an unusual severe medical condition arises. I've had too many vets unable to answer specific medical questions or have a medical discussion when asked pointed questions. The worst just make up answers that I know are clearly wrong.
