BUYER BEWARE ☆☆ BUYER BEWARE First let me begin by saying I failed to ask their return policy before purchasing my trees. Their policy is NO RETURNS. I have literally had my CREPE MYRTLE. tree for 8 days and it is dying. I called the store to inform them and they told me to speak with Caesar. He said to water my tree twice and day and said that it needs partial sun. However when I saw the tree at the store outside it was no shade over it. At the time of purchase he told me that I could put it directly in the sun and that it could be planted in the ground and to water it and that I didn't need to fertilizer it. But now he tells me it needs partial shade and to water twice a day. He did NOT say that at the time of purchase. Now I am left with a dying dried up 200 dollar Crepe Mrtyle. It seems as though something can be done outside of advice that may or may not work. I had plans to go back and buy more trees but I will never ever because they simply don't take care of their customers. Once they have your money you and your dried up dying tree are on your own. Lesson learned from this experience NEVER BUY PLANTS AND TREES from companies that have a NO RETURN POLICY. Hands down a total RED FLAG

I walked in for a quote for some stone and the price was 20% higher than the other landcape supply store one block away. Workers seemed nice and greeted me, but I'm glad I price shopped in the area before going here first.

I purchased a tree from Katy Stone and Gravel and, despite giving it full care and following proper planting instructions, it began dying within two weeks. I reached out to the office hoping for some support, guidance, or even a possible replacement, but unfortunately, they were not helpful or accommodating in any way. They basically told me “too bad.” Disappointed with the customer service experience—especially considering the investment and effort put into caring for the tree. I expected more support from a local business. Super disappointing. I will not be buying local here again and hope others don’t waste their money either!
