Cecilia and Katy House of Flowers are incredible! We used them for a wedding and could not have been more pleased. Cecilia listened to everything we wanted and delivered so much more thank we thought we wanted. l would recommend her and her team to anyone and everyone. Great to work with, great price, great ideas and amazing attitude toward customers.

My daughter loved her flowers. I had a special request for them to be delivered early and Cecilia was able to take care of that for me.

I ordered flowers from these people once, they now constantly spam my inbox with multiple unwanted emailed at least twice a day, I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times but the emails keep coming. who wants 2 plus emails every day from a flower shop. I have never experience something like this. Its completely harassing behaviour which is causing me destress. Avoid these people at all costs.

I needed flowers for a memorial service, being the procrastinator that I am, I called two days before the service. Cecilia was extremely nice and compassionate. I told her a little bit about the deceased and she personalized my arrangement . when I arrived at the memorial service the first thing they said was this is Aurora she sent the flowers that everybody is raving about. I was so pleased and the mother of the young man who passed was so impressed that cecilia was able to add some of his personality to the Flowers. Special thank you to Cecelia.

My mother ordered flowers for our family friend whose father just passed. We spent right under $80 for a bouquet arrangement. The flowers delivered were not what we ordered. It was 6 roses and some filler. She called and spoke with the owner, Cecilia, who apologized and said she was going to have them redone and sent out. The delivery driver asked for the first bouquet back!! Absolutely tacky and sad how they would do that considering they messed up. To ask for flowers back that were sent for a loss is wild.

And you can’t even use the flowers again once they have been cut!!
Suuuuuuuuuuper lame.
Will not be using their services again.

I needed flowers for a rehearsal dinner in Katy and found Cecilia at Katy House of Flowers online. She was quick to respond, was very professional and seemed confident in understanding what I wanted based on an inspiration photo I sent her. She did everything she promised and more. They were professional, on time, helpful and most of all transformed a restaurants event room into a beautiful dinner atmosphere. Cecilia understood the look we wanted and created it beautifully. Five stars in not enough for Cecilia and her team!

Cecilia was awesome to work with. I called and left a voice message to discuss a floral arrangement and she returned my call in minutes. Amazing customer service through the entire process.

My wife absolutely loved the bouquet of flowers from here I'm a truck driver so I took a chance and they knocked it out of the park well done!
