We hired Grand Slam to do a major clean out of our rental. After looking at the house they estimated 3 dumpsters would be needed. I had no clue how to determine that but was skeptical. Talk about being wowed when I watched their team fill those dumpsters from top to bottom like a junk jigsaw puzzle with no space wasted. Did it take 3 dumpster? Yes it did, but if I had been the one throwing stuff in I would have needed 6. I highly recommend their crew doing the cleanout - it was fast, efficient, and took a ton of stress off our shoulders knowing it was getting done without us having to spend days on end doing it ourselves.
