If I could give 0 stars I would they are not sympathetic and the pricing is sooo rigged I was told I wouldn’t have to pay out of pocket and now all the sudden I’m having to spend 100 of dollars that I did not spend on planning I’m unemployed and can barely make ends meet which is why I decided to come here…

If I could give this clinic zero stars, I would, for multiple reasons. The nurse practitioner shows a complete lack of care for patients (Aida Alvarez) . Prescriptions take an eternity to be sent to the pharmacy—I’m still waiting for one from February for my asthma. They overcharge on bills sent to insurance, apparently to get more money. Appointments are consistently delayed, with wait times of 30 minutes or more, only to be moved to a small room where you wait another 30 minutes. I scheduled an appointment ONLY to get a referral for an MRI, but instead, I received a referral to a gynecologist and an incorrect CT scan order, which is not good to see the objective. Despite over two months of calls and messages, I’ve received no response, not even through the patient portal. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend this service to anyone.

The worst service I have ever had from Spring Branch, in the first instance, they called me saying that the insurance was inactive when it was not, I had to call them again and give them a reference number so they could see if it was active, after much management I thought I could have my physical exam, but when I arrived at the clinic, they told me again that my insurance was inactive, which was something that I had already confirmed with them but it seems that they do not have good communication. In addition to all this, my partner and I were given a different appointment time, something that had not been communicated to us, which resulted in a loss of appointment and time, in conclusion we did not receive any service and everything was a waste of time and annoyance for us. ..

I haven't seen a clinic that works this badly, honestly. A supposed physical examination ended up being a total waste of time due to the poor work of his staff. I hope not to return.

I have been caring for my daughter in the clinic for 3 months and the nurse I liked the most for her respect and kindness for how she always makes me laugh when she is taking the vital signs is the nurse Arlettys. Thank you so much for making appointments with me. daughter be so nice I end up very pleased

0 stars really Aida Alvarez took 1 month to send my prescription to the pharmacy worst experience I've ever had to a so called community health clinic . Worst place I've ever been to in my life ill never ever come back . Sadness yall should train your staff and hire doctors who actually care peace ✌️
